My office is currently located at the Uptown Office Park at 3249 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55408. There’s a bus stop on routes 23 and 6, right in front of the building. Free street parking is available.

UPDATES for the spring and summer 2024!

Hennepin Ave is not the best route if you’re coming from the North Metro, due to a major construction project in the works for Metro Transit.

In May of this year, I intend to start teaching yoga-based movement and self-massage classes. Small classes with 6 students max. Let me know if this interests you because I want to create classes people will look forward to!
